How to Reach Us
Whether you're flying in from abroad or travelling within India, here are the most convenient routes to Agasthya.
By Air
Cochin International Airport (COK) — approx. 75 km, about 1 hour by road.
Prepaid airport taxis, Uber, Ola and other app-based services are all readily available from the airport. Foreign patients can request our pick-up service in advance.
By Train
- Cherthala (15 km) — best option for patients arriving from the Trivandrum side. Take a taxi or auto-rickshaw to Agasthya.
- Ernakulam Junction — for long-distance trains from North India. Hire a taxi/Uber, or board a local train onwards.
- Alappuzha (38 km) — if your train does not halt at Cherthala. Catch a local train to Turavoor from here.
- Turavoor — the nearest local-train halt. Auto-rickshaws and taxis are available outside the station.
By Road
Well connected by road from Kochi, Alappuzha and other nearby towns. Private taxis and KSRTC buses run regularly along NH 66.

We arrange pick-up and drop from Cochin International Airport and all major railway stations in Ernakulam and Alappuzha. Share your arrival details on WhatsApp at least a day in advance and we'll handle the rest.

- In-house patient stay — 18 rooms, both AC and non-AC available
- Nearby homestays and hotels can be arranged on request for accompanying family members
- Room service and laundry available on campus
What to Bring
- Comfortable cotton clothes for daily wear
- 2–3 cotton towels
- For ladies — an old cotton nightie to wear during oil-based treatments (it may get stained)
- Personal medications and toiletries
- Previous medical reports, MRI/X-ray scans and prescriptions
Food & Diet
- Fresh, simple Kerala-style meals prepared in-house
- Diet customised to each patient's treatment plan and dosha
- On-campus canteen for accompanying family members
